How to Use

  • Use the supplied hex key to secure the knife in the clamp.
  • Tighten the counter-screw for additional stability.
  • Set the sharpening angle with a marker or digital angle gauge.
  • Confirm that both the table surface and the sharpening stone are flat, parallel, and that the stone’s thickness is uniform.
  • Readjust the Hapstone T2 angle guide when switching to a different stone.
