Description

Boride T2 Series 6-Stone Set includes six 6" x 1" aluminum oxide sharpening stones: F150, F220, F320, F600, F800, and F1200 grit. The progression covers bevel sharpening through fine edge refinement.

Each stone features indigo anodized aluminum backing with permanent grit engraving on both sides for fast identification.

Boride T2 Series stones use specially treated aluminum oxide in a hard vitrified bond. With a Boride hardness rating of 4 and a breakdown rating of 2, T2 combines a hard structure with slow breakdown for controlled sharpening and good shape retention.

T2 is a versatile series for general-purpose knife sharpening. Its range of grits supports bevel work and subsequent edge refinement, while its hard structure helps limit stone wear.

Use T2 stones with water, a suitable water-based sharpening lubricant, or light honing oil to help prevent surface loading and carry away swarf.

The stones are mounted on aluminum blanks in standard Edge Pro form-factor, making them compatible with Hapstone, TSPROF K03, Kadet, Pioneer, Edge Pro, and many other guided knife sharpening systems. Work Sharp Precision Adjust requires a suitable adapter.

How to use

Boride T2 stones should be used with oil or soapy water. Do not use the stones dry.
